A Young and Multidisciplinary studio having immense love for art and design.

As an interdisciplinary architectural firm, studio acrossZero believes that combining a wide range of creative disciplines allows for greater innovation. Our project portfolio covers every aspect of spatial design, ranging from architecture to interior, and art installations to community design.

We specialise in parametric furniture design, sculpture design, interior design and architecture. We value innovation and exploration the most and strive to deliver the most efficient design to the client. As an architecture consulting organisation, our team has successfully completed over 30 projects in national and international markets. Our studio has bagged YOUNG DESIGNERS AWARD 2018 at the 360' Design Conference in Mumbai. Our work has been published in Indian Architect & Builder Magazine, Surfaces Reporter Magazine and SSMB Magazine.

Our team members bring on board a diverse experience in architecture, interior design, urban planning, green building consultancy and landscape design. Leveraging the synergy of such multeity in our organisation, we address projects across business areas. We efficiently work throughout a building’s life cycle, taking into account the design, construction, operation and other building services including furnishing project reports, field survey reports, conceptual design and documentation. With our understanding of sustainability; materials and development, environment issues we strive to provide pre-eminent solutions to our client. Through applied project experience and our allegiant research on varied domains of architecture, construction and environment, we pursue to augment our knowledge and capacity to make instrumental impact in the society.

Geet Gawri

Architect

Education:

Professional Experience:

•As an architect/designer, Geet Gawri has started his professional career with an international architecture firm, CPG Chennai - with head office in Singapore. He worked  with  a team of highly  professional architects, assisting them as architect intern on large scale commercial projects to residences and other buildings.

•To grasp on parametric architecture, he worked with a computational based research organization – Rat[lab], New Delhi. Where he got trained, acquired knowledge to become an effective software architect. With his Extensive technical knowledge of various software's like Rhino, Grasshopper and expertise in design he set up a studio with other young designers.

•As an architect, designer, sculptor at acrossZero he handled projects from conceptual stage to complete realization. He designed parametric furniture range custom for homes, hotels, offices, airports, public spaces.

•He also served as Design Assistant to an architecture studio run by world renowned architect named Bjarke Ingels, BIG Architects, Copenhagen. He assisted senior architects with design studies, preparing drawings, renders, presentation and reports on various projects – preparing master plan of Solna Business park in Stockholm, BNP Paribas bank headquarters at Paris, Luxembourg skypark near Luxembourg airport and Museum of natural history at Fano, Denmark (UNESCO site).

•His work experience ranges from designing  residences, commercial spaces, institutional buildings, master planning.

Praveen Bhyan

Architect

Professional Experience:

• Praveen Bhyan had lot of experience working in the fields of architecture and interior design.  With his keen interest in spatial planning and providing sustainable design solutions he continue to research on building materials and to find solution as how spatial entities like open spaces, parks, highways, green belts and residences in urban area inhibit people and transform their way of living.

•He also has experience working with an architecture and interior design firm - OCUBE ARCHITECTS, Jaipur. He was responsible for preparing proposals and presentations of residential projects, exploring and experimenting in computational designs and studying about tensile structures for a hospitality project - stardust cafe, modern haveli of Mr. Bardiya , Interiors - at royal ensign housing.

•With his percept of making a change to society through architecture as a tool, he started his own studio acrossZero in collaboration with his fellow colleagues. Where he is responsible for architecture and interior design concepts for residential and public buildings, client presentations, municipal approvals, execution drawings and site management.

•He has been working on projects ranging from residential, institutional, commercial, art installations at public spaces to furniture design namely: Project ANJUMAN Delhi, Metrozone housing Chennai, IIT MADRAS extension Kancheepuram, parametric furniture Gurugram and more.

•In addition to his professional experience as an architect, his experience of working actively on various competitions has enhanced his ability to provide appropriate solutions to design problems.

Anubhav Khandelwal

Architect

Professional Experience:

•With his experience as an architect, Anubhav Khandelwal is working on projects ranging from commercial, residential, interiors to art installations.

•He has experience working in collaboration with design firms to execute projects, preparing working drawings with mm & more for Barbeque nation & Chaayos in Jaipur and Delhi.

•Worked as site architect to WNS, Gurgoan with ConCur Architects Pune. He was also involved with Kreators furnishing firm for execution of turn key project, Tangish, Gurgoan (commercial)

•As an architect/partner at acrossZero, he is involved in managing projects from preparing drawings to execution, working with vendors and greeting clients. His expertise in construction detailing and ability to respond to exigencies at construction sites facilitates the translation of architecture design into built projects.

Mansi Gandhi

Professional Experience:

•Mansi Gandhi is an Architect and Green Building Consultant have lot of work experience in the concerned field. In addition to the knowledge she has obtained from her education, her experience as an architect to Prof. Prem Kumar Chaudhery has provided with her excellent background in the practical aspects of design and planning process and developed her ability to manage professional relationships, comprehend complex situations and come up with best solutions.

•As green building consultant to Prem Chaudhery & Associates, she has an extensive experience on green building projects from reviewing/research to managing and implementation. She worked on a project under UNDP-GEF-BEE programme on energy efficiency improvements in commercial buildings Hospital Category, reviewing and furnishing drawings. She has been involved in rating work of a GRIHA rated building in Naya Raipur, it is an office building for Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA).

•She has recently been working as Architect/Urban planner at PCA for a World Bank funded Project - Restoration and Redevelopment of Kambalakonda Eco Tourism Park and Preparation of Long Term Management and Conservation Plan of Kamabakonda Wildlife Sanctuary At Vishakapatnam. Worked on Urban, environment, landscape and disaster planning with affluent professionals (maestro of their work) National and International.

•She was responsible for majority of the work, from greeting client to advising, designing/planning and executing, working and coordinating with the team there and engaging herself in the field work associated with the Project from writing reports to surveys, organising workshops with stakeholders.

•Apart from architecture, she has been involved in research on climate change, climate resilient housing, affordable housing and prefabricated construction technologies.
